AFL FUSE Connect SM Connectors feature five components for user simplicity. They come in a pack of six and are made with SC/APC fibers and 900µm boots. These AFL Connectors feature a fusion splice connector termination process and don’t require any crimping or adhesives. They come with a factory pre-polished ferrule, so no additional polish is necessary. The AFL SM Connector is designed to deliver true APC performance for SC/APC configurations and is compliant with GR-326-CORE for consistency in the field. The connectors are compatible with most fiber-holder-based fusion splicing platforms, including Fujikura fusion splicers.
